Conclusion
Based on the 2,050 data points provided from matches from 2017-2020, the handicap system used by The Billiard Academy over this time period appears to achieve a high degree of fairness in terms of making the outcome of any given match be a tossup. There is no range of handicap scores where players with that handicap appear to have an advantage over players with any other handicap.
